菩薩臉部、胸前和腹部多處新塗金，頭部後方開一方孔。結跏趺坐，右手持一由葉片組合而成的扇子，左手捧一花口鉢，頭戴高冠，與張勝溫繪大理國梵像圖榜題標示「普門品觀世音」的菩薩有相同特徵，故此尊應為觀音菩薩。
該像頭戴三角飾冠，上飾花朵紋及卷草紋，臉形寬扁，眉清目秀，鼻翼寬，嘴角上揚，五官輪廓造型淳厚，表情親切。斜披帔帛，外罩寬帛，在肩部及背面形成「V」形開展，衣褶婉轉流暢。裙腰外翻，在背面散開如花瓣，裙褶貼身，腰部微縮，腹部微凸，身體結構協調自然。頸飾花式珠串，身佩同形長珠串的瓔珞，臂戴釧，腕有環，造型優雅，姿態恬靜。
