此像為印尼中爪哇時期（約7～13世紀）作品。台座、背光及尊像為分開鑄造後接合。佛結跏趺坐，右手舉起，掌心向前，施無畏印，左手執衣角，置雙足之上。
佛肉髻作圓尖狀，眼神下視，唇厚嘴角上揚，五官造型具印尼中爪哇的地方色彩。著袒右袈裟，衣薄貼體，平滑無褶，衣緣處較厚，身軀圓厚，寬肩細腰，肌肉質感趨僵硬，承襲印度笈多王朝（約320～550）後期的特色。
佛坐於仰覆蓮座之上，上下蓮瓣左右交錯排列，瓣形寬扁，蓮座低矮，造型簡單。蓮座置於束腰方台座之上，台座上接一橢圓形背光，背光外圈為高起的帶狀飾，上有聯珠紋，最外沿為蝌蚪狀的火焰紋。台座和背光樣式受到東印度風格的影響。
