傳朝鮮江原道金剛郡內剛里金剛山岩石間發現
傳朝鮮江原道金剛郡內剛里金剛山發現。江原道金剛山被視為《大方廣佛華嚴經》卷四十五〈諸菩薩住處品〉中所述諸菩薩常住說法處，諸多僧侶入山修行，並於海東佛教聖地建立寺院。
阿彌陀佛著袈裟，右手舉於胸前，左手置於腹前，結跏趺坐於蓮座上；蓮座兩側生出兩莖小蓮花，二脇侍分立其上。此造型常見於中國北魏（386～534）的石造像或隋代（581～618）的金銅佛。佛左側為觀音菩薩，右手上舉，左手垂下，頭戴寶冠，臉部圓潤，戴耳璫，造型與一般觀音造像較為不同；右側為地藏菩薩，手持錫杖。此三尊像保存完好，為朝鮮時期（1392～1910）佛像的重要作品之一。
