原韓國忠州工業高等學校附近舊址
原位於韓國忠清北道忠州市龍山洞忠州工業高中附近，於一九二二年遷移至忠州郡廳（今忠州市市政府），一九三七年搬遷至摩訶寺，後在一九五九年遷移現址。一九六三年指定為韓國寶物第98號。
統一新羅時期（668～935）已開始少量製作鐵鑄佛像，到了高麗時期（918～1392）鐵佛流行一時，且體型較為高大。著名的有京畿道廣州市的鐵佛坐像、永川仙源洞鐵佛坐像等。
該像頭部碩大，螺髮，臉近四方形，身著通肩袈裟，結跏趺坐，衣紋對稱，雙腿中間的衣褶呈扇形，雙手已損毀。此扇形衣紋起源較早，在犍陀羅二至四世紀石雕上即有，印度波羅王朝（Pala，約8～12世紀）銅、石佛像中也可見到。
