「禪心」指清淨心；「俠骨」謂勇敢、仗義助人的氣魄。此印章法以秦漢古印式為規範，有著閑靜淡雅的書卷氣，字體分布方正，走筆圓熟。所用刀法，是以浙派獨特之切刀法刻成，線條刻劃斷斷續續，是其特色。其篆刻風格承襲吳門印派，為西泠印社所敬重，特於印賢亭內立碑，以示尊敬。
楊澥字竹唐，號龍石、楊風子。清代（1644～1911）篆刻家。江蘇吳江人。善詩文，精金石考據之學，於書法、繪畫、刻印、刻竹，無不精巧。篆刻初學浙派，後致力於秦漢印，近取文彭、顧苓、徐堅等吳門各家之長；用刀講究神韻，力矯嫵媚之習，自成一格。
