榮山寺八角堂
日本奈良五條
位於日本奈良縣五條市小島町榮山寺，與法隆寺夢殿同為奈良時代（710～794）留存不多的八角圓堂之一。奈良天平寶字年間（757～765），公卿藤原仲麻呂為追薦父母而建，明治四十四年（1911）全面整修。一九五二年指定為日本國寶。
該堂建於石塊堆砌的八角台基上，單檐八角攢尖頂，頂鋪筒板瓦。檐柱呈八角形，柱頭上承一斗三升，檐檁上施檐椽和飛椽等構件。四正面闢門扉，四隅面為直櫺窗。屋頂上置石製露盤、寶珠，形式樸實。內部立八根柱子，與檐柱相對。堂內立四天柱，中央設須彌座，頂上為格子狀的天花板，並加設寶蓋；柱面、橫木繪有菩薩像、飛天、寶相花紋、花鳥等彩畫。該堂規模小巧，簡潔大方。
