雲南省昆明市崇聖寺三塔主塔發現
一九七八年雲南省大理市崇聖寺三塔主塔塔頂發現。該像戴五葉寶冠，正中有化佛，寶繒垂肩，面相豐圓，眉細目垂，鼻直唇小。右手執楊柳，左手托蓮盂。胸飾華麗，瓔珞交叉垂於膝下。帔帛自兩肩順體側於腿部呈「U」形，再向上繞臂下垂曳地，線條流暢。金製火焰狀鏤空頭光紋飾繁複。
此觀音造型與《張勝溫畫卷》大理國梵像圖第九十八開「南天孤絕海岸觀世音菩薩」相同。
