Guji Temple
古耆寺
尼泊爾加德滿都
譯名為Guji Baha。位於尼泊爾帕坦遜達拉（Sundhara, Patan）。創建年代不詳，據與該寺相關的記載最早出現於瑪拉王朝（Malla，約1200～1768）一二五三年的手抄本，推測寺應建於一二五三年之前。
該寺庭院四周有主殿及其他殿堂等。主殿在庭院南邊，高三層，單檐。入口鐵門兩側立一對石獅守護，獅旁有三角旗及懸鐘。鐵門後為主殿正門，門上雕刻精緻，門楣飾文殊師利菩薩，左右脇侍為四臂尊像，其上為五方佛，頂端為金剛薩埵。二樓正中闢五扇窗，其上有鍍金五方佛與脇侍度母等七尊像，最上為五方佛、觀音菩薩、如意珠觀音、般若菩薩與度母等九尊像。三樓設迴廊，並闢窗。檐下六根支撐柱飾多臂天人像。殿頂裝飾三座鎏金佛塔，屋頂金旗飾帶垂至二樓窗戶。殿內供奉阿●（門+三人）佛。庭院中放置石砌曼荼羅、大型轉經輪、奉獻塔等。
