喬達基塔臥佛像
緬甸
位於緬甸仰光（Yangon）喬達基塔（Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda）。此臥佛像原造於一九○九年，期間經諸多因素，遲至一九六七年方得完成，全長約55公尺，為緬甸著名大型臥佛像之一。
臥佛呈白色，法相莊嚴，神態安詳。五官俊秀，濃眉大眼，尤其以玻璃和寶石鑲製的雙眸特別清澈，炯炯有神；眉間白毫鑲嵌一顆紅寶石。頭頂高髻，未飾螺髮，額際金色冠箍雕刻精美。佛以手支頭，代表正在休憩而非進入涅槃。
佛著金色袒右袈裟，衣紋流暢自然，邊緣飾精緻的花鬘紋飾。雙足敷橙色，腳趾上描繪金色螺旋紋。足掌刻劃法輪，周邊區分成一百零八格，內繪各式圖案，其中二十一格刻劃各種動物，五十九格為與人有關的題材，二十八格是神的世界，象徵佛陀已超脫三界。
