該像屬於泰國烏通（U Thong）美術第三期（約14世紀下半葉～15世紀上半葉）的遺作，刻劃釋迦牟尼佛成道相。佛螺髮高髻，髻頂飾錐形火焰紋，沿髮際刻頭帶。眉骨隆起，彎如新月，與高挺細窄的鼻梁線相連。雙眼微啟，眼瞼厚重。鼻翼寬大，嘴唇略張，下頦瘦削。頸項細小，肩膀寬平，身軀結實。袈裟貼體，以粗線條勾勒衣緣和垂於胸前摺疊成帶狀的袍角。右手作觸地印，左手置於腹前，半跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座上。
蓮座上下邊緣飾聯珠紋，蓮瓣工整並列。背光下方刻方形椅靠，上方呈蓮瓣形，邊緣飾火焰紋，頂端圓形框內雕鏤菩提樹，造型獨特。
