此喀什米爾佛像高肉髻，螺髮平扁，髮際線隨頭形起伏。鵝卵形臉，耳垂圓潤。挑眉，白毫微凸，眼細長，目視下方。著通肩袈裟，緊貼全身，上身衣紋呈「U」形水波狀，手腳處衣紋呈圓弧線。佛雖呈立姿，但袈裟衣緣作滾動的邊褶，表現行走時衣袂飄動之勢。右手舉於胸側施無畏印，左手自然下垂，肘微屈，輕握衣角。寬肩腰細，手掌和足掌厚壯，身軀相對顯得瘦小。赤足立於束腰仰覆蓮台，下為方形台座。
此像顯現出十世紀喀什米爾的藝術風格，其衣紋樣式即是承襲自犍陀羅的造像傳統，只是略微簡化。八世紀時喀什米爾繼犍陀羅之後成為佛教和金屬工藝鑄造中心，造像藝術兼容犍陀羅和笈多王朝（約320～550）美術特色。
