Gumyoji Temple: Eleven-Headed Avalokitesvara (side)
弘明寺十一面觀音菩薩像

位於日本神奈川縣橫濱市南區弘明寺，為該寺之主尊，是鉈雕的代表實例之一，現為日本重要文化財。
菩薩從頭部、手腕、寶瓶及至足部榫卯，由櫸木整材雕出，像內不刳空。該像最大的特徵係臉部及至全身表面留有規律齊整的橫向圓雕鑿痕，其中臉部較其他部位細緻，身軀、衣紋則稍微粗雕，唯背面修飾平滑，無留下鑿痕，整體上如未完成的階段。僅本面與頭上化佛的嘴唇塗紅色，眉、目、鬍髭及胸飾以墨線描繪。面相圓潤，表情恬靜，胸部單薄，顯得纖細秀麗，予人古樸之感，推測約十一世紀下半葉所製。
