菩薩頭束髻，戴高花冠，據冠中鑄一尊小佛像，判斷應是觀音菩薩。冠繒垂肩，雙肩各有一圓形飾物。此像面容圓滿，神情慈祥，頸佩項圈，中飾一圓環，臂飾環釧，瓔珞嚴身，自腰際交叉穿環垂下，雙臂環繞帔帛，飄至下襬揚起。右手屈肘，左手臂上部已損毀。身材纖細，足踩蓮台。
此像造型呈對稱形式，從服飾分析，應是隋代（581～618）造像，造型簡練有力。
