新疆維吾爾自治區巴音郭楞蒙古自治州焉耆回族自治縣七個星佛教遺址出土。此像與同處出土的造像風格略異，具唐代（618～907）造像風格。臉略方，斂目，兩頤渾圓，眼部線條起伏優美，唇如蓮瓣；蓄小髭，額間飾花鈿。頭戴三山寶冠，上飾寶珠，髮紺青，以線刻表現髮紋。部分施彩已脫落，但仍不失莊嚴。
