Postscript on Essential Points of the Surangama Sutra

王安石楞嚴經旨要跋 王蒙

此卷王蒙跋書於王安石《楞嚴經旨要》後，乃說明自身對於王安石墨跡的看法。凡五行，九十五字。王蒙以王安石所節錄抄寫者，正是《楞嚴經》最重要的一部分，進而推測王安石寫此經的用意。王安石所書之作並無題名，後世稱為《旨要》，或是據王蒙跋書而來。
王蒙為趙孟頫外孫，故其作字亦雅有家風，端莊潤秀的氣質亦可從此卷尋得。另外，此卷用筆翻折的細節較多，多見典麗，應是王蒙致力書學後的力作，而非晚期所書。
王蒙字叔明，一作叔銘，號香光居士，又號黃鶴山樵或黃鶴樵者。元代（1271～1368）畫家。吳興（今浙江湖州）人。善詩文、書法，工人物，尤擅山水。與黃公望、吳鎮、倪瓚合稱元四家。
參考釋文：觀世音菩薩發妙耳門從聞思修入三摩地與眼鼻／口舌身意日劫相倍此一節楞嚴經之法髓也荊王暮年／深悟佛理故特於是經提出而親書之所以深警禪／學之士豈復有心較世間之榮辱是非及字畫之工／拙也哉後學王蒙歎慨而敬書之
