主尊佛著偏袒右肩袈裟，雙手於胸前結說法印，結跏趺坐於菩提樹下蓮花座上。佛左側束髮、帶頭光、手提水瓶的當為彌勒菩薩；右側立像頭部佚失，左手叉腰，佩戴多重鍊飾，推測應是觀音菩薩。主尊與脇侍之間有二位身形較小的人物，立於後方，左側為帝釋天，戴聯珠高冠、手捧金剛杵；右側為梵天，髮髻分成兩股盤結於頂，左手提水瓶。
據作品中梵天與帝釋天的造像組合，推論該浮雕主尊是釋迦牟尼佛。釋迦牟尼佛為犍陀羅佛教主要的信仰對象，觀音與彌勒為脇侍的佛三尊組合，是印度、犍陀羅和中亞造像的主流。
