此像刻劃菩薩翩翩而立，身軀重心微側的姿態。頭頂高寶冠，冠上有化佛。長髮編成麻花小辮垂至肩膀。佩戴耳環，胸飾瓔珞，以寶石鑲嵌，是當時頗為普遍的裝飾風格。胸前斜披肩帶，著長裙，繫腰帶，上有寶石扣鍊裝飾。腰下束有緞帶，在臀部兩側成結後自然垂於兩側。
此立像造型精緻，又帶有微妙的膨脹感。印尼室利佛逝王朝（Srivijaya，約7～13世紀）和泰國南部造像風格非常近似，致使此作的來源地不甚明確。
