此尼泊爾風格造像法相莊嚴，儀態優雅。菩薩頂戴三葉寶冠，正面一瓣較為短小，露出後方以寶石裝飾的高髮髻。兩側髮辮垂肩，頸項佩戴刻有花朵的珠串項鍊，雙臂飾菱形寶釧。
身著袒右袈裟，表面淺刻數條弧形線條。纖腰繫帶，上有細緻的花紋，中間設計有花形扣環，並垂下一條細細的裝飾帶。左手置於左膝上，手中輕拈蓮莖，右手向下伸展，掌心朝外，掌中置一圓形物。弓左腿，屈右腿，以一種自在愜意的姿態坐於束腰仰覆蓮座上。蓮座刻劃細膩，蓮瓣肥大，紋理清晰，具立體感。
