華嚴賢首品偈 釋弘一

弘一大師五十七歲時所書。《大方廣佛華嚴經》〈賢首品〉乃藉由賢首菩薩之行願，來彰顯發菩提心之不可思議功德。
寫經是弘一出家後的願行之一，從出家至圓寂的二十五年間，寫經無數，尤其晚年書作，端樸內斂、疏朗恬淡，可歸結為靜、簡、淡、讓、圓等特色。此偈以中鋒行筆，運筆落墨極為緩慢，骨力內含，筆畫均勻細緻，字形略長，行距寬綽，無論撇捺、勾腳，意到即止，有一種圓潤、恬靜、脫俗的意趣，誠如弘一孤高耿介的風範。
弘一俗姓李，名文濤，號叔同、淑同、瘦桐；其他別名、別署甚多。法名演音，號弘一，晚年自號晚晴老人。現代（1919～2000）高僧、書畫家、藝術教育家。出家後精研戒法，捨棄諸藝，唯以翰墨廣結善緣。
