浙江鎮海
字嬾雲、般若；筆名芝翁、南湖、介園、懶雲，以其齋堂為名，自號古春風樓主人。生於一九○一年，卒於一九六九年。篆刻、書法家。浙江鎮海人。自幼喜書學，善屬文字，精金石篆法。北京平民大學文科畢業後從事新聞行業，歷任北京、福建各大報主筆編輯及台灣省政府新聞處主任秘書等職。
耽書法、醉心金石之學，其書法行楷近南園松禪，溫潤有致；篆作剛樸遒勁，厚潤茂密，古味盎然，頗得吳昌碩真傳。篆刻代表作品有般若金石文字、書道禪等；書法有《觀無量壽經》，碑刻存於台灣高雄佛光山寺。文學作品有《新編古春風樓瑣記》行世，另著有《南湖錄憶》、《浮漚識小》、《茗邊脞記》等。
