傳河北省石家莊市出土。此像高肉髻，上方設一方孔，可能為插傘蓋之卯眼。眉間白毫相，臉頰豐厚圓潤，雙眼細長，鼻梁挺直，唇上蓄髭。著通肩袈裟，下襬垂落台座前，衣紋凸起，線條流暢。雙手作禪定印，結跏趺坐於雙獅須彌座上。
雙肩處的焰肩造型，乃源於《佛本行集經》記載釋迦牟尼佛在舍衛城降伏外道時，「身上放火，身下出水」的雙神變故事。此類的雙神變像曾在阿富汗帕爾旺省貝格拉姆（Bagram, Parwan）出土，即迦畢試（Kapisa）古城，但在中國實為罕見。
此像五官輪廓分明，衣褶特別高凸，帶有濃厚之犍陀羅藝術風格，但其分綹卷曲的髮型與傳統的螺髮不同，與中國同時期的作品頗為接近。
