永祚寺送子觀音菩薩像

位於山西省太原市南郊區郝莊村南雙塔寺大雄殿上層。永祚寺因寺內雙塔高聳而俗稱雙塔寺。《妙法蓮華經》卷七〈觀世音菩薩普門品〉：「若有女人，設欲求男，禮拜供養觀世音菩薩，便生福德智慧之男；設欲求女，便生端正有相之女。」由此，在中國民間漸漸有了送子觀音的信仰。
大雄殿高二層，上層原名觀音閣，原供奉佛像被毀，現存送子觀音是一九八五年遷來。觀音端身倚坐，面部豐潤，雙目下視，眉間有白毫。未戴寶冠，頭頂似披風帽，身穿雙領下垂廣袖袈裟，胸飾網格狀瓔珞，衣紋線條流暢，形象世俗化。雙手置於腹前抱一子。造型豐滿，體態端莊，比例勻稱，塑造簡練精湛。
