佛像螺髮、肉髻，頂飾一如意寶珠。面容圓滿，眉間有白毫，雙目下視，長耳雙垂，神態安詳。著褒衣博帶式袈裟，對比宋（960～1279）元（1271～1368）時期造像，衣緣紋飾稍嫌僵硬、平板。左手置於胸前仰掌，右手垂下掌心向前。跣足立於束腰仰覆蓮台上，下為六角形台座。
此像為青銅鑄造，並加金箔塗漆，現仍有若干金箔痕跡。台座背後刻發願文「善信賀應科／同綠張氏／尤男賀大年／有年／姪盛年供養／萬曆壬子（1612）季春吉旦」，文中人氏均不可考。此像原應供奉於佛寺或家祠。
