此尊造像來源地不明確，一說為泰國，另一說為柬埔寨。佛陀作青年形象，頭戴高聳寶冠，冠的形式和設計與在泰國或柬埔寨所見的高棉造像相似。面呈長橢圓形，淺刻雙眉，杏形長目，鼻翼寬大，嘴闊唇豐，面帶微笑，雙耳飾圓錐形耳璫。
體型纖長，寬肩細腰，著通肩大衣，薄衣貼體，清晰地表現出佛陀的身形。頸飾華美項圈，佩臂釧。雙手屈舉，手肘平伸，作無畏印，掌心刻法輪，為佛三十二相之千輻輪相。下圍腰布，腰際飾與項圈同款式的腰帶，一長飾帶垂於兩股之間。此像裝飾的細節均採用凸出的造型方式呈現。足下台座已佚失。
