此造型特殊的尼泊爾造像，以錘鍱技法加工而成。頭綰高髻，頂飾一覆鉢形寶塔。寶塔是彌勒菩薩最典型的特徵，除寶塔之外，常見的配件還有水瓶和法輪。
菩薩額頭高廣，髮際飾聯珠紋，眉眼細長，鼻梁高挺，薄唇，下巴較短。佩戴富麗精緻的瓔珞、臂釧和手鐲，作王子般裝束。肩披帔帛繞臂，尾端有飄逸之勢；腰際繫帶，表面鐫刻精美的團花圖案和聯珠紋。下著長裙，裙褶自然流暢鋪於雙腿間。雙手當胸施轉法輪印，結跏趺坐，足掌弧度明顯，腳趾亦顯得特別圓大。
