此喀什米爾佛像肉髻高圓，螺髮平扁，塗黑。額窄頰寬，下頦圓潤，耳垂奇長。挑眉大眼，眼睛和白毫嵌銀，顯得高雅莊嚴，其面相特徵體現出迦爾郭吒王朝（Karkota，約600～855／856）典型的造像風格。衣紋簡潔，衣襟上、下緣飾翻轉的波浪紋。肩寬胸厚，手腳渾圓，雙手結轉法輪印，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座上。蓮瓣肥厚，瓣尖微翹，蓮座下為束腰須彌座。佛身背面螺髮和摺疊的衣緣紋路清晰。背脊留有一榫頭，推測原應裝有頭光。
整體造像除了左眼上方有刮痕及右腰處略有損壞外，大致保存良好。根據須彌座下緣刻銘顯示，作品是比丘納那清諦（Ratnacittin）為父母、導師、戒師及一切眾生祈福而造。銘文上之鑄造紀年的換算未有定論，可能為六九四年。
