廣元千佛崖石窟第806窟脇侍菩薩像

位於主像左側，為釋迦、多寶二佛的脇侍菩薩。
菩薩身軀呈「S」形立於仰蓮台上，束髮戴冠，面相圓潤，雙眉修長，鳳目下垂，神態恬靜安詳。手臂渾圓，飾以釧環，斜披絡腋，帔帛過膝，瓔珞交垂，下著長裙，雙手持長莖蓮，微微頷首。為唐代（618～907）菩薩造像的精品。
