阿旃陀石窟第26窟佛傳圖之涅槃
印度馬哈拉施特拉邦奧蘭加巴德
位於阿旃陀石窟（Ajanta Caves）第26窟大廳右壁，為印度現存最大的佛涅槃像。此像生動地再現了《佛遺教經》中描述，佛陀於萬籟俱寂的半夜，為弟子宣說最後教誨之後入般涅槃的情景。
佛作吉祥臥，嘴角含笑，神態平靜祥和。上方中央為天神鳴鼓，兩側有諸天盤旋哀悼。台座下眾多弟子並坐，流露出悲痛不捨的神情。
