位於阿旃陀石窟（Ajanta Caves）第7窟過廳左壁。據經典記載，六師外道以各種神通挑戰佛陀，佛遂顯現種種神變以降伏外道，其中佛示現千尊化身之情景成為佛教藝術常見的題材。
該圖分作九列，由下至上第一列正中刻一蓮莖，左右有龍王支撐，外側各雕一坐佛及三合掌供養人。第二列為五尊坐佛及一尊立佛，其上每列均雕七尊坐佛。諸佛或結禪定印，或結轉法輪印，或施無畏印，身上殘留顏料痕跡，推測原貌華麗莊嚴。
