釋迦，意譯作能仁，是釋迦牟尼之簡稱，為佛教的教主。大含，應指心量廣大，含容萬法。
此印以漢印為基礎，印面四字，上方二字大，下方二字小，章法安排不若漢印嚴謹；篆法有墨韻，刀法內斂，不露鋒芒，全印有蒼渾樸茂之氣。
賴山陽單名襄，字子成，通稱久太郎，號山陽，別號三十六峰外史。日本安芷國賀茂郡竹原人。自幼聰穎好學，擅長諸藝，十八歲遊學江戶（今東京）。性格豪邁，青年時戮力著作《日本外史》，達二十餘年。兼擅長書畫、篆刻。
