印度比哈爾邦（Bihar）出土。主尊摩耶夫人束髮高髻，頭戴華冠。五官娟秀，眼眶、雙唇陰刻線條。佩戴大耳璫、項圈等飾物，上身斜披珠串長垂至腿，帔帛繞肩向外飛揚。腰繫帶，中間有精緻的寶珠飾帶懸垂於股間。身形豐滿，鼓腹；袒上身，下著貼體腰布，衣紋自股間呈左右對稱的雙弧線。頭左傾，右手上舉攀扶無憂樹，左手張肘扶左股；腰臀左傾，左腳向右踏，右腳屈膝向後，腳尖支地，姿態曼妙。
摩耶夫人右側下方帝釋天戴高冠，腳踏蓮台，手捧幼小的悉達多太子；左下綰高髻、戴寶冠者為其妹摩訶波闍波提。舉身光邊緣內外分別飾聯珠紋和火焰紋，頂端雕無憂樹，樹下刻有銘文。
人物造型優美，曲線自然，顯然受到笈多王朝（約320～550）藝術影響；而華麗的瓔珞及寶冠等裝飾，則為波羅王朝（Pala，約8～12世紀）常見的造像風格。
