此尼泊爾坐像精緻小巧，姿態生動。長髮結辮綰作高髻，額際髮絲刻劃成縱形線條，搭配鑲嵌寶石的三葉寶冠，顯得華麗高貴。袒上身，佩戴寶石項鍊、臂釧，斜披聯珠紋聖線，自左肩垂至股上。腰部纖細，繫腰帶，強調平坦的腹部，最後繞臀部並於背面打結。正面與背面均雕造精緻。
菩薩面帶微笑，目光溫柔垂視。頭部和身軀均微側向左，雙足相交的坐姿，達到自然的平衡姿勢。右手屈舉執犛牛尾拂塵；左手持鑲嵌珠寶的盛蓮。此像的寧靜表情、優雅身形、運用鎏金銅和鑲嵌寶石等手法，都是瑪拉王朝（Malla，約1200～1768）早期的造像特徵。
