新疆維吾爾自治區和田地區洛浦縣熱瓦克佛寺遺址出土。原為塔牆上相鄰兩尊大型立佛身光中的化佛浮塑。
化佛有頭光而無身光，頭形稍呈長圓狀，肉髻較小，雙目微睜，高鼻豐頰，略帶微笑。身披通肩袈裟，衣角搭於左肩上，波浪式厚重的襞褶具有犍陀羅藝術特徵。波紋髮式、大眼圓睜、眉間無白毫、手印僵直、襞褶生硬等手法顯示，應屬二至三世紀佛教早期的藝術作品。
