新疆維吾爾自治區和田市布蓋烏來克佛寺遺址出土。此模製影塑飛天，原位於佛像兩側的貼壁。
飛天頭形渾圓，大目高鼻，具于闐人形象特徵。頭梳高髻，後有頭光，髮辮垂於頭後，戴髻珠寶冠，佩耳環，抬頭遠望。裸上身，胸佩環狀飾物，雙手飾腕鐲，持花繩，腰結短裙，體型呈「U」形，似上下擺動飄蕩，翱翔於空中。
