江蘇省連雲港市孔望山出土
一九六一年江蘇省連雲港市孔望山出土。佛高肉髻，面相圓潤，雙眼微闔，面露微笑，表情安詳。身披袈裟，立於平台，身後有蓮瓣形舉身光。佛臉部線條柔和秀麗，整體輪廓刻劃清晰，簡潔明快。
舉身光背面陰刻造像銘文「武平三年（572）十八（月）八日請僧□□弟子□其上□造石像一軀」。該造像具有南朝（420～589）幽雅韻秀的藝術風格，又表現北齊（550～577）時代氣息。
