巴中南龕石窟第87龕觀音菩薩像
四川巴中
位於內龕。第87龕為雙層方形龕，內龕正中雕觀音菩薩一尊，立於覆蓮圓台之上。觀音頭戴化佛寶冠，冠側懸有繒帶，臉龐方圓，眉目清秀，上身斜披絡腋，帔帛繞身，瓔珞於腹前相交處飾以璧環，下著長裙。雙臂渾圓，戴臂釧、腕釧。右手下垂握淨瓶，左手上舉持柳枝，腰部向左側微扭。有內圓外桃形兩層頭光。
龕外左壁陰刻「救苦觀世音菩薩像銘／茲救苦觀世音菩薩像者巴州刺史嚴武奉報／烈考中書侍郎遠日之所鑿也乾元二年（759）正月／十三日大理評事兼巴州長史韓濟銘曰／於鑠使君孝心不忘觀音菩薩靈相克彰／昊天永永思報無疆南山岩岩庶乎有常」。外龕中另有後代題記兩則。
