十輪經偈 釋弘一

此件書作乃弘一大師為亡母追薦冥福所書，其先書佛號「南無地藏菩薩」，再以稍小的字體書寫《十輪經》中之經偈。由於《十輪經》乃是敘述地藏菩薩功德，故其「南無地藏菩薩」有為旁書小字偈語開題之意，而小字偈語也有加注「南無地藏菩薩」的功用。
弘一大師最為人所熟知的書法成就，即是將其臨古多方的技巧，完全聚斂於不聲張而起落不明顯的線條中，也因為如此，其書風才能展現「繁華落盡」後「見真淳」的境界。此作不但展現了弘一大師的標準書風，在使轉側筆不收處，又尚存北碑爽勁用筆的餘韻，值得品味再三。
弘一大師俗姓李，名廣侯，號叔同。法名演音，號弘一，晚號晚晴老人。現代（1919～2000）高僧、藝術家。善以書藝弘法，有大量佛教墨跡傳世。
參考釋文：南無地藏菩薩／一日稱地藏 功德大名聞 勝俱胝劫中／稱餘智者德 能解諸眾生 一切煩惱縛／至健行定等 諸定之彼岸 假使百劫中／讚說其功德 猶尚不能盡 故皆當供養／歲在星紀四月二十一日亡母六十四年誕辰寫菩薩名號并／十輪經偈以資冥福 永寧晚晴院沙門論月
