譯名為Sanpa。生卒年不詳。十六世紀拉達克（Ladakh）畫家。約於十六世紀下半葉始於當地的寺院壁畫圖像下方題寫作者姓名和出生地等，其中印度拉達克平陽寺（Phyang Gompa）大經堂北壁四臂觀音菩薩及蓮花生畫像，即見「三帕」署名，可見其為當時活躍於佛教藝術界的畫家之一，並提供後人研究拉達克本土藝術家和佛教藝術發展之寶貴資料。
