位於日本東京都調布市深大寺元町深大寺釋迦堂，為七世紀下半葉所製，現為日本重要文化財。該像為利用蠟型一體鑄造之金銅佛，內部至頭頂中空，銅的厚度大致勻整，鎏金幾乎無存，金剛寶座已佚。
佛頭上有肉髻，原有螺髮現已無存，具豐圓的雙頰，大弧形雙眉接連鼻梁，以鏨刀刻劃深長的眼尾，端正的嘴形，清明的面貌。頸部有三道紋，袈裟輕薄貼體，自左肩斜披而下，衣紋舒緩，輪廓鮮明。右手上舉，中指與無名指尖已損，左手置於膝上，掌心向上，手指微屈，兩腳垂放稍微張開。裙裾寬大，平貼於台座，襞褶如波浪翻轉，從頸、胸至腹部施以柔軟的塑形，表現細膩的肌理，衣著下的雙腳也呈現出鮮明的輪廓，是關東地區白鳳時代（645～710）佛像的代表作品。
