Pingliang: Seated Buddha

甘肅省平涼市涇川縣玉都鄉出土
一九七五年甘肅省平涼市涇川縣玉都鄉出土。此像為保存完整的早期金銅佛造像之一。
佛高8.5公分，高肉髻，五官已略具漢人特徵，面相方圓，神態端嚴，肩胸寬厚，著通肩袈裟，領口細刻曲折紋。雙手拱於腹前，手心向內合，結禪定印，結跏趺坐於雙獅座上。雙獅間浮雕水瓶及花葉，獅子座下為四足方座，表面線刻蓮花紋與火焰紋，刀法精細。
佛帶圓形頭光和身光，上刻蓮花紋和火焰紋。頭光上方立有圓形華蓋，上飾蓮花紋，周邊共有十六小孔洞，原應有懸鈴等飾物。其強調裝飾效果的表現形式，已顯示出脫離西域風格，更近漢地民族的審美情趣。
