張岫

生卒年不詳。東魏（534～550）雕刻家。清代（1644～1911）《安陽縣志》記載，在萬佛溝洞側原刻有大留聖窟題記。該題字正書「大留聖窟」四字，又有八分書「魏武定四年（556）歲在丙寅四月八日憑法師造」題記，得知洞窟啟建者為道憑法師，旁另有小字刻「南無日光佛及口德同石作匠人張岫到此造作故記字」。大留聖窟位於河南安陽靈泉寺東嵐峰山麓，題記和日光佛造像現已不存。
