Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva

菩薩頭戴高冠，面相略豐腴，披帔帛，長裙覆足，右手彎曲握巾端，左手下垂，跣足立於覆鉢台上。台下有雙層四足方台，下層方台四足較長，上窄下寬，且外直內弧。這種形式的佛座，初見於北魏神龜（518～519）、正光（520～524）年間，至隋代（581～618）仍較流行，唐代（618～907）則少見。
菩薩身後線刻蓮花紋頭光及火焰紋蓮瓣形背光，簡練樸實。方座側面鐫刻「開皇十七年（597）二月八日佛弟子劉廣達為造觀世音像一軀」。
