佛肉髻高聳，中嵌髻珠。雙頰豐腴，眉目修長，法相莊嚴。雙肩寬闊飽滿，軀體雄健。內著僧祇支，格紋細緻，邊緣飾以聯珠紋。外披袈裟，偏袒右肩，衣褶線條流暢，裙裳厚重，隱現腿形，結跏趺坐於台座上，懸裳覆於座前，呈現立體感。右手屈舉於身側，左手輕撫膝上，似作說法相。整體形象穩重，氣宇宏軒，神態寬厚。
造像肌體刻劃細膩，衣褶棱起，線條流轉自然，反映出唐代（618～907）盛期造像的寫實風格。
