此造像為一鋪五尊鎏金銅佛像形式，置於四足連鑄的花式壼門台座上。佛結跏趺坐於須彌座上，下為覆蓮基座。肉髻高聳，雙眉與鼻梁線條相連，五官深邃。身披袒右袈裟，褶襞線條疏密相間，懸裳遮座垂落。左手撫膝，右手作說法印。頭光及身光透雕，上下銜接，內有卷草紋，外緣如火焰紋樣。主佛旁兩側各立一弟子，為迦葉與阿難，其形體雖小，仍可辨識其各具不同的表情與性格特徵。
台座上前緣左右各佇一脇侍菩薩，環形頭光，雙手合十立於蓮台上。覆蓮基座前方為博山形香爐，旁二護法獅側體相對。
整鋪造像簡括樸實，為盛唐（712～756）流行的造像形式。
