原名李茗柯，字尹桑，以字行，號壺父、壺甫、秦齋等。生於一八八二年，卒於一九四五年。篆刻家、考古家。江蘇吳縣（今蘇州）人。拜黃士陵為師，研習書畫、篆刻及文字訓詁之學。
擅花卉、書法。專工篆刻，印文方折硬挺，愈小愈見神妙，用刀犀利，布局謹嚴，結構自然，穩重中多變化，作品載譽嶺南。著有《大同石佛龕印存》、《異鉤室璽印集存》、《李璽齋先生印存》及《戊寅印稿》等。
