篆刻家
字穆父、牧父，號牧園，別署老鐵、蘭陵居士等。生於一八四五年，卒於一八九四年。清（1644～1911）末篆刻家。江蘇毗陵（今常州）人。精治印，早年受業於吳熙載，後取法秦漢和皖浙之長，別具一格。
篆刻刀法圓健，不事修飾，生氣盎然。所刻印存有百將、百美、聖廟、祀典、爵裏、姓氏等八種。另工書法，擅繪佛像，能刻竹，善製紫泥壺。存世有《雙清閣印存》、《趙穆印譜》等。佛教篆刻作品如參文字禪等，篆體圓中寓方，婉暢自然，別有新意。
