傳河北省保定市定州市發現。為北齊（550～577）末隋代（581～618）初之大件作品，白石立像中代表作之一，後流傳至日本。
該像螺髮齊整，肉髻低平，面相豐圓，眉目細長，五官刻劃分明，嘴角微抿，面露微笑。頸長肩圓，衣薄貼體，刀法精細，衣紋淺雕，襞褶圓轉流利，極富輕薄飄柔之感，此為北齊造像的一大特色。體軀扁平修長，端立於圓形蓮台上，造型優美。台座雕刻覆蓮瓣及蓮花卷草紋樣，別具巧思。
雖然背光已佚，左右手腕缺損，但其餘部分包括框座、台座均保存完好。
