河北省定州市靜志寺塔基出土
一九六九年河北省保定市定州市靜志寺塔基地宮出土。力士戴冠，頭向右轉，繒帶垂旋於肩，上身赤裸，帔巾圍繞頸背，再向前搭肘飄蕩而下。皺眉怒目，瞪銅鈴眼，張口咬牙，虯髯糾結，神情威猛。頸項粗短，肩寬背厚，胸腹及手臂肌肉結實。右手執金剛杵，左手屈肘，五指張開。腰繫短戰裙，兩腿叉開站立，重心置於左腿，腿部肌肉緊繃壯碩，深刻展現出力拔山河的雄健，及睥睨群魔、勇猛無懼的性格。
此像在造型上，捕捉力士護法時專注的瞬間狀態，肌體結構及形象姿態均符合生理力學，把力士屏息蓄勢的神態呈現得惟妙惟肖。尺寸雖小但塑造技法純熟精湛，創意豐富且不拘泥，可媲美敦煌、龍門石窟中的大型力士像。
