Longquan: Shrine with Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva

青瓷觀音菩薩龕像

拱形龕，龕楣貼塑祥雲，龕頂一輪紅日。龕內由上而下分三層。觀音結跏趺坐於第一層平台上，頭戴寶冠，面容安詳，後有頭光。身飾瓔珞，下著長裙，懸裳覆台座，衣紋簡練。第二層左右各立一身披帔帛的童子，手捧物作侍奉狀。下層兩側各有一脇侍菩薩，中間有盛蓮數株。龕底層中央浮雕海水浪濤。
龍泉窯承繼越窯傳統的青瓷燒造技術，因窯址位於浙江省龍泉縣境內而得名，始燒於五代（907～960），至宋代（960～1279）已成陶瓷名窯。此龕像為元代（1271～1368）龍泉窯之佳作。
