阿艾石窟藥師琉璃光佛像

位於右壁。藥師琉璃光佛，又稱藥師琉璃光如來，簡稱藥師佛。依《佛說藥師如來本願經》所說，藥師佛為東方淨土琉璃世界的教主。
該窟右壁現存兩身藥師佛像，均為立姿，內著僧祇支，束帛帶，外披雙領下垂式袈裟，左手執藥鉢，右手結吉祥印並持錫杖。佛右側漢文題記，一為「清信弟子寇廷俊敬造藥師琉璃光佛」，一為「清信佛弟子行官楊□崖□年五月十五日拜記」，是龜茲石窟中保存較完好的藥師佛造像。
